They can be a sweet treat or a meal. It's made with superfoods so it's perfect for a nutritional boost.

1. Put the goji berries and dates in a bowl and cover with the tea. Soak the dates and berries for 30 minutes or until soft.

2. Put the berry and date mixture along with the rest of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
