1 Toasted bread Arrange the ciabatta chunks on the baking sheet. Drizzle the oil over and season with salt. Mix through, ensuring that it’s in a single layer. Toast for 10-12 minutes in the oven or until the bread is crispy and golden brown at the edges.
2 Tomato salad Put all the tomatoes and onion in a salad bowl. Tear the basil into pieces and sprinkle over the salad.
