It can be hard to include enough fibre in our daily diets. These flapjacks are bursting with fibres and the nut granola is high in omega oils. This breakfast will keep you fuller for longer and it’s also a perfect post-workout snack.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
1. Granola Mix all the ingredients together and spread out over the baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 10 minutes, shake the granola around and toast for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
