1. 1. Dressing: Heat the sesame seeds and oil in a pan until the seeds turn golden brown. Cool, then pulse in a food processor until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
2. Salad: Put the lemon slices in the bottom of a steamer and arrange the calamari on top. Season with salt. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the tentacles are tender and done, then stir-fry in olive oil until slightly crispy.
3. Pour a little dressing over the tentacles and arrange on a plate.
