Keep moulds for 8-10 popsicles handy, as well as 8-10 ice-cream sticks.
1 Syrup Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat, stirring continuously until all the sugar has dissolved. Simmer over low heat without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly.
2 Popsicles Mix the wine and syrup well. Put the fruit slices in the popsicle moulds, divide the wine mixture among the moulds and freeze for 2 hours.
