Preheat the oven to 230°C. Put a wire rack on a large baking sheet and grease well with nonstick spray.
1. Rub the olive oil on the skin side of the fish. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
2. Mix the paprika, periperi spice and rosemary and sprinkle on the outside and in the body cavities of the fish. Arrange the fish on the wire rack.
