Spicy potato wedges

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Boil the potatoes for three minutes in salted water and drain.
Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
Place the potato wedges in a greased oven pan. Add the lemon wedges, garlic, onions and lemon leaves.
Sprinkle with olive oil and stir to coat all the potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, rosemary and cumin.
Roast for 45 minutes or until done and browned.
Stir once or twice during the cooking process.
Serve with a roast.
