Watermelon tart

1. Cut the watermelon into 2-3cm thick slices and set aside.

2. Topping: Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar and set aside in the fridge until needed.

3. Spread some of the cream cheese mixture on each watermelon slice and top with the cherries, strawberries and blue berries. Cut into wedges, scatter the mint leaves over and serve.
