Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a medium loaf tin well with non-stick spray.

1. Cake: Sift all the dry ingredients together.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar/sweetener until light and fluffy. Add the butter and yoghurt and beat until well combined.
