Elevate the classic bangers and mash with a mouth-watering cider sauce.

1. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Stir-fry the onions slowly over low heat until caramelised. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

2. Add half the cider and simmer until the sauce has reduced. Add the sausages to the pan and cook until done, turning them often to ensure they don’t burst open.
