A scrumptious soup to get you through the cold evenings and a long work week.

1. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and leeks for a few minutes. Add the turnip and cauliflower and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

2. Add the stock and water. Mix well and bring to the boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
