- 8 - medium chicken wings
- - roast potatoes, salad, vetkoek or bread
- 250ml - piri-piri dip
- 15ml - salt
Great for a party! This piri-piri chicken will leave you salivating for a bite.
1. Put the wings in a large stainless steel bowl and season well with salt.
2. Pour half the piri-piri dip into the bowl and rub into the meat with your hands. Set aside to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Grill the chicken wings in the oven, or braai over medium coals. Use the remaining dip to baste the wings as they cook. 4 To serve Serve with roast potatoes, salad, vetkoek or bread.
