Ingredients
  • - salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 60ml - plain yoghurt
  • - salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 8 - potatoes
  • 60ml - mayonnaise
  • 100g - Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30ml - olive oil
  • 5ml - roasted curry powder
  • 1 - head broccoli, broken into florets and blanched
Method

The classic combination of broccoli and melted cheese makes this vegetarian dish a real winter warmer.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.

1. Arrange the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and pour the oil over them. Bake for 40 minutes or until done (the time depends on the size of the potatoes).

Sauce

2. Mix the ingredients well.

3. Preheat the oven grill. Crush the potatoes until they burst slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the sauce over the potatoes and arrange the broccoli between them.

4. Sprinkle the cheese over and grill until melted.
