1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot, then add the mince and Worcester sauce and sauté until the mince has browned (stir regularly to break up the mince).

2. Add the onion and garlic and continue to cook until the onion has softened. Stir in the basil, oregano and season with salt and pepper.

3. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, chutney, beef stock, red wine, carrots, mushrooms and peppers and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
