An American man is struggling to find a job because potential employers disapprove of him wearing nappies all day.

Damien Turner from West Virginia in the US has been an active member of the adult baby diaper lover (ABDL) community for the past 10 years, Mirror News reports.

Although the 28-year-old loves parading around in a nappy all day, his unorthodox lifestyle has prevented him from finding a job and earning an income.
