The final year of school is typically the toughest – but for the matric class of 2020 it took extreme discipline and focus to see it through.

When schools closed because of Covid-19, matric learners sailed unchartered waters as they experienced a shortened school year with much less revision.

For many, the unpredictability and uncertainty of the pandemic were just some of the challenges they faced. They also had to contend with heartache, loss and a host of other issues.
