Lying on a hard pavement in the middle of the night in the Johannesburg CBD was the last place Flora Manuel had expected to be having her baby.
Flora (29) has two children, daughters Ireen (6) and Hamida (11), who live with her family in her home country of Malawi, and she thought she knew all there was to know about bringing a new life into the world.
