You can see she has a thing for leopard print. Or maybe with her animal-print bikini and matching hot pants, Nicole Wilmans was just aiming to show everyone right from the start that she was the queen of the jungle in Survivor SA: Immunity Island.

It worked. After wearing her leopard-print uniform for practically 39 days, she was crowned the winner of the eighth season of the reality TV show, which was filmed on the Wild Coast in the Eastern Cape.

But there’s not a spot in sight when the bubbly blonde arrives for our interview – instead she’s dressed in strapless champagne-coloured dress. Also absent are her casual flip-flops and the messy bun that was a permanent fixture for 39 days straight.
