The woman who went plummeting from her balcony after attempting an extreme yoga pose is feeling much better.

Alexa Terrazas from Mexico made headlines worldwide after tumbling from the sixth-floor of her apartment balcony which left her with 100 fractures.

She fell 25 metres and landed on the building’s driveway, according to reports.

In an attempt to rebuild her knees, face and ankle, doctors have performed numerous surgeries.

The 23-year-old recently shared an audio recording in which she reassured people she was well on her way to recovery.

“I am 100% better than ever,” Alexa said.

After the accident at the end of August, Alexa said her progress has surprised everyone and “even the doctors are shocked”.

She also said that for the first time in a month and a half she was now able to eat on her own.

“As I told my dad, I’m continually moving forward.”

In response to the online support, Alexa said, “I really want to thank you for all the prayers and good vibes. Thanks for your support, I’ve managed to progress a lot.”
