An incredibly talented artist has created a series of drawings using both hands at the same time.
Lawyer and artist Colin Darke from Detroit in the US isn’t only ambidextrous, which means he has the ability to use both hands equally well, but he’s also able to use both hands simultaneously to create exquisite pieces of art.
The 42-year-old creates stunning portraits of celebrities, animals and nature, taking just a fraction of the time thanks to his ability to draw with both hands at once.
The artist draws using one colour in each hand to complete an image but occasionally creates two separate drawings at once.
After almost 40 years of working on his skills, Colin was finally inspired by a motivational speaker to start posting videos of his art on social media.
He uploads his art to his pages and has amassed a large following thanks to his portraits of. Among others, Harry Potter, Leonardo Da Vinci, Kobe Bryant and Freddie Mercury.
“The positive support has really inspired me to create more, and the more I create the more I want to create,” said Colin who started drawing at the age of five.
“Creativity truly breeds creativity. In fact, I’d only use my left hand when my right hand got tired, not thinking anything of it,” he added.
Within a few months of posting his work, his content gained more than 10 million views.
