15ml (1T) oil for frying
Eskort Garlic Polony, sliced
1 unsliced loaf of bread, cut into quarters
4 Russians, fried
250ml (1c) cheese sauce, plus extra to serve
250ml (1c) jalapeno achar
4 fried eggs
5ml (1t) freshly chopped chilli
- Put the oil in a pan and fry the polony slices for 1 minute on both sides.
- Remove the centres of the bread quarters then add the chips.
- Cut the Russians in half and place them on the chips, add the cheese sauce and achar.
- Add the polony and eggs. Finish off with the chopped chilli and extra cheese sauce.
