Dukkah spice gives this gooey #JustDelicious meal a rich, earthy flavour.
1 large cauliflower head
45ml (3T) avocado oil
60ml (¼C) dukkah spice blend
2,5ml (½t) ground cloves
2,5ml (½t) ground cardamom
2,5ml (½t) ground ginger
2,5ml (½t) cinnamon
1 wheel Camembert cheese
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place the cauliflower head on a sheet of foil and drizzle with avocado oil.
- Combine the dukkah and dry spices in a bowl and rub onto the cauliflower.
- Place the Camembert on top of the cauliflower, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Slice into wedges and serve as a side to a meat dish.
