Transform leftover gammon roast into a #JustDelicious melt-in-your-mouth snack!
60ml (¼c) butter
8 slices of bread
250ml (1c) white cheese
250ml (1c) cream cheese
8 thin slices of cooked gammon
2 tomatoes, sliced
250ml (1c) baby spinach
½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Butter the bread slices on both sides.
- Starting with the cheese, layer all the ingredients on four of the bread slices.
- Close with another slice of bread and toast in a snackwich-maker until golden and crispy.
- Serve snackwiches as breakfast or lunch.
