Honey, Rum & Six Gun Gammon

1 Eskort Gammon

60ml (¼c) Crown National Six Gun Grill Seasoning

60ml (¼c) rum

60ml (¼c) honey


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the Six Gun Grill Seasoning, rum and honey.
  • Pour the rum mixture over the gammon and cover with tin foil.
  • Roast the gammon for 2 hours then remove the foil and grill for 15 minutes.
  • Allow the meat to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
  • Pour the glaze from the pan over the gammon and serve.
