1 Eskort Gammon
60ml (¼c) Crown National Six Gun Grill Seasoning
60ml (¼c) rum
60ml (¼c) honey
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Six Gun Grill Seasoning, rum and honey.
- Pour the rum mixture over the gammon and cover with tin foil.
- Roast the gammon for 2 hours then remove the foil and grill for 15 minutes.
- Allow the meat to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
- Pour the glaze from the pan over the gammon and serve.
