Smoky-sweet roasted pork loin


Coated with a smoky spice rub, every slice of this juicy pork loin is a #JustDelicious treat!


1x Eskort Pork Loin Roast

olive oil

60ml (¼c) treacle sugar

30ml (2T) ground cumin

30ml (2T) smoked paprika

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

30ml (2T) thyme, chopped

15ml (1T) ginger

5ml (1t) black pepper

15ml (1T) coarse salt

zest of 1 lemon


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the pork loin on a baking sheet lined with foil and drizzle with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and rub onto the loin, reserving a little of the rub for serving.
  • Wrap the loin in foil and roast for 45 minutes.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving.
  • Season the loin slices with dry rub before serving with a side of your choice.
