The revolutionary design includes a patented seal and frame to help ensure a tight, but comfortable fit plus four-layer industry-leading filtration material to deliver a strong barrier of defence that provides the same, highly effective two-way barrier as the best medical- and industrial-grade masks.
AirPop delivers superior performance by solving three key issues that plague most masks: fit, filtration and breathability.
Fit Prevent the inhalation and exhalation of small particles and droplets thanks to the patented soft seal and frame that responds to different fit profiles. The tented, 3D Air-Dome shape keeps the filter away from the face, increasing airflow and improving breathability and comfort.
Filtration AirPop masks create a barrier down to 0,1 microns with greater than 99% effectiveness – anything smaller than 2,5 microns (fine particulate matter) allows airborne bacteria, for example, to seep in. The unique combination of four-layer filter material provides an effective two-way barrier against particles and droplets.
Breathability Superior breathability is also vital – consumers won’t wear what isn’t comfortable or doesn’t work. The droplet-resistant, non-woven outer layer, as well as the filter and skin-friendly inner layer work together to ensure security and comfort.
What’s more? All of the materials used to manufacture the masks are tested by accredited third-party labs to exceed the World Health Organization and FDA medical mask material performance standards.
