Look out, Wills – 007could have his eye on your wife!
Few would argue that the Duchess of Cambridge stole the show at the star-studded premiere of the latest Bond movie, No Time to Die, in London.
The royal mom-of-three looked absolutely ravishing in a golden sequinned gown by one of her favourite designers, Jenny Packham, as she arrived at the Royal Albert Hall for the premiere, which was much delayed because of Covid-19.
She teamed the dress, which had a bespoke 1970s-style cape attached to it, with gold £290 (R5 900) Onitaa earrings and Aquazzura gold heels valued at £555 (R11 280). She styled her long brunette locks into an elegant up-do.
Social media erupted with praise for the duchess’ look with one commentator gushing, “I am obsessed with the most James Bond-esque look Kate Middleton could have chosen.”
Another quipped, “Kate looked absolutely stunning & beautiful & classy & very happy, she rocks that gown.”
The 39-year-old was seen mingling with the film’s cast, including leading man Daniel Craig, who reportedly told the royal consort she looked “jolly lovely”.
Kate and William have proven to be avid Bond fans and also attended the premiere of the previous Bond movie, 2015’s Spectre, where Kate again wowed in a light-blue Jenny Packham gown.
William’s father, Prince Charles, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, were also among the VIP guests at the No Time to Die screening, as were Aquaman star Jason Momoa, Spanish actress Ana de Armas and former Spice Girl Geri Horner.
