
New moms Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice turned heads at the lavish wedding of Prince Philippos of Greece (35), the godson of Princess Diana and the late Duke of Edinburgh, and airline heiress Nina Flohr (34) in Athens at the weekend.Eugenie (31), who welcomed son August in January, wore a chic black dress with gold detailing by Peter Pilotto.
Beatrice (33), who gave birth to daughter Sienna in September, looked stunning in a cream and gold embellished Gucci dress – and clearly, it’s one of her favourite outfits as she first wore it to the Global Gift Gala in 2018.The princesses were accompanied by their husbands, Jack Brooksbank (35), and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi (38).

Nina - who is the daughter of Swiss billionaire, Thomas Flohr, and Katharina Konecný, the former creative director of the House of Faberge and a founding editor of Vogue Russia and Vogue Greece – is reportedly good friends with Beatrice’s Italian hubby, Edoardo.Nina and Philippos, who dated for three years, attended Eugenie and Jack’s wedding in 2018.
Other royal guests in attendance included Prince Ernst August of Hanover, Prince Christian of Hanover and Queen Sofia of Spain.
This was the third celebration for Philippos (35) - the youngest child of the last king and queen of Greece, King Constantine II and Queen Anne Marie of Denmark - but by far the biggest.
He and Nina had their first wedding, a small civil ceremony, in St Moritz, Switzerland, last December. It was followed by another intimate ceremony, hosted by Vogue writer Alice Naylor-Leyland and her husband Tom, at their home in Cambridge, England.
Athens’ Orthodox Cathedral was the venue for the most recent nuptials, and after exchanging their vows, the glowing couple emerged onto the church’s steps where crowds of well-wishers had gathered.
Philippos was born in London after his family was exiled from Greece in 1967 following a military coup. In 1973 the Greek monarchy was abolished, but the royal family still use their titles.

The prince studied foreign relations at Georgetown University in the US, and since 2018 he has been working as an analyst for Ortelius Capital in New York. Nina is the creative director of VistaJet, her father’s luxury private airline company.
