David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son has found a way to ensure he never forgets his wedding vows – by having them tattooed on his arm.
Just a month after tying the knot, the 23-year-old aspiring chef took to Instagram to show off his new piece of skin art which is dedicated to wife, Nicola Peltz (27).
Written out in cursive script with black ink, the tattoo on Brooklyn’s upper right arm details his love for his wife.
“Nicola when you walked down the aisle you took my breath away, you look so beautiful tonight and always,” it reads.
“Let me start by saying that words cannot even describe my love for you, just looking at you I see my future and it feels like a dream. You are my world and I continue to fall more in love with you every single day.”
In the tatt, Brooklyn reveals that having Nicola in his life is the best thing to happen to him, “as you have made me become the man I am today.”
It also describes the day he said, “I do”, in a star-studded wedding on the sprawling Palm Beach estate belonging to the Peltz family, as something he had been looking forward to.
“Because today is the day I get to marry you, my forever babe, my love and my best friend, Nicola – today you become my partner, my other half – and my family and because of that I am the luckiest man in the world to be able to spend the rest of my life with you.”
He not only vows to be the best husband and take care of her but also “to live out our dreams together and have lots of babies and be yours forever because you are forever mine.”
This takes Brooklyn’s total tally of tattoos to 38, including an anchor tattoo on his arm dedicated to his father and a heart on his left shoulder with the word “Mum”.
He’s also got several tattoos in honour of his wife, the first being a love letter she penned for him when they first started dating, which is etched into the skin on his upper back along with a tattoo of her eyes.
But he still has a long way to go before he catches up to his dad who has more than 60 tattoos, many of which are dedicated to Victoria.
“I really love little cute tattoos,” Brooklyn once said in an interview with ICON magazine.
“I think one day I’ll get as many as Dad. But I’m taking my time, I’m still very young.”
