Even though Katy Perry has obtained a restraining order against a stalker, her fiancé certainly isn’t taking any chances. Orlando Bloom was recently seen leaving a grocery store with a can of pepper spray in his hand.

Katy, who recently gave birth to a baby girl, has been engaged to the Lord of the Rings actor for more than a year, yet William Terry claims the singer his wife.

Recently, she filed a temporary restraining order against (38) after police caught him jumping over the fence of her Los Angeles mansion while she was at home with baby Daisy.

“We fear for our safety because William Terry has demonstrated that he is dangerous and that he poses a credible threat of violence,” Katy said in court documents. “Terry has come to my home repeatedly, most recently on September 8, when he jumped over the fence to my home and tried to enter my house while I was home with our newborn baby.”

Last month Terry, who is from Texas, attempted to break into the 35-year-old’s home, claiming Katy “invited” him over. He has posted several alarming messages on Twitter, including wanting to “snap” Orlando’s neck.

According to court documents, Terry has also wished the actor’s ex-wife, Miranda Kerr, and their nine-year-old son Flynn catch the coronavirus and die.

“Terry has demonstrated he is dangerous and has posted threats to Orlando, stating he wants to snap his neck,” Katy says. “He has also described himself in Twitter posts as an ‘active shooter’. He has sent disgusting messages, many sexual.”

A hearing to make the restraining order permanent will take place on 8 October.

Katy and Orlando aren’t the only celebs to be stalked by deranged fans. Earlier this month, singer Josh Groban was granted a five-year restraining order against a stalker who’s been sexually harassing and mentally abusing him for nearly a decade. This comes after he cancelled a date with her back in 2011 because he was ill.

Songstress Billie Eilish and her family were also granted a restraining against a fan who reportedly visited her home on seven occasions and demonstrated “erratic behaviour” while on her property.

And Rihanna secured legal protection against stalker Steveland Barrow, who was arrested in 2013 after breaking into her Los Angeles home. Barrow admitted he “slept in Rihanna’s bed” and stole some of the goods in her home.
