She’s a Hollywood icon known for her beauty, talent and ability to push the boundaries (remember that naked pregnant belly magazine cover that shocked the world?).
And to her kids too Demi Moore is an idol. For her 58th birthday, eldest daughter Rumer Willis posted a heartfelt tribute to her mom, writing she’s “so grateful to get to live this life with you”.
The 32-year-old went on to call the actress the “most badass, goofy, silly, Scorpio woman I know”.
She accompanied her post with a string of snapshots over the years, including a Polaroid of her hugging her mom on the set of Striptease back in 1995. Rumer joined her mom in the raunchy film playing her on-screen daughter.
Ironically the movie, in which Demi played a stripper, was panned by the critics but turned Demi into the highest-paid actress in Hollywood at the time. She commanded a then record-breaking $12,5 million for her role in the movie.
Rumer, who is currently a successful actress in her own right, also shared the screen with her mom in the coming-of-age movie Now and Then (1995) as well as six episodes of the drama Empire.
Her younger sister, Scout (29), also gave her mom a shoutout on Instagram, calling her “an iconic mother, woman, partner and force of nature”.

“You’re also weird, sexy, hilarious and the queen of finding the absolute strangest s**t on eBay,” she added.
Youngest sis Tallulah (26) also posted a hilarious snap of her mom in a fake moustache holding a Chihuahua, writing, “This human miracle of endless particularity and warrior strength is forever my North Star. I love you, I can’t wait to see how devastatingly sexy you make 58 look.”

Demi herself shared a photo of her blowing out candles on a cake with her Please Baby Please castmates Karim Saleh and Andrea Riseborough while on location in Montana.
“Last night on set. My first birthday wishes, right at midnight. Thank you to everyone for making me feel so special today!” she wrote.
Please Baby Please follows newlyweds Suse and Arthur who become the dangerous obsession of a gang which raises questions about the couple’s sexual identity.
