A tough road, is how she describes it. Which is, quite frankly, an understatement given everything she’s been through in the past 13 years. Breast cancer, a double mastectomy, having her fallopian tubes and ovaries removed, early menopause – and now, a multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis.

Christina Applegate has been through the most harrowing experience yet the actress who found fame in TV show Married With Children remains upbeat.

“Hi friends. A few months ago I was diagnosed with MS,” the actress shared with fans on Twitter. "It's been a strange journey. But I have been so supported by people that I know who also have this condition. It's been a tough road. But as we all know, the road keeps going. Unless some a**hole blocks it."
