1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions until soft. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

2. Add the meat and stirfry for 5 minutes. Add the stock and cornflour paste and stir until the sauce starts to thicken.

3. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
