Bring it on! An awesome ostrich burger ready in just half an hour.
1. Beetroot: Combine the onion, sugar, vinegar, water and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, add the beetroot and cook for a further 10 minutes.
2. Burger: Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a griddle pan over high heat and cook the steaks for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside to rest.
