Traditionally the meat for tikka masala is marinated in yoghurt beforehand to ensure it’s tender and juicy. The meat is then grilled over the coals or prepared like a stew. In our version, we cook the curry in a slow cooker – easy and delicious.

The sweet taste of the coconut elevates this yellow curry to the next level. It’s traditionally made with firm fish portions – yellowtail or snoek works well.
Fiery vindaloo
Vindaloo curry is known for its fiery combination of spices. If you like a strong curry, this one’s for you – you can adjust the hotness by reducing or increasing the amount of chilli in the curry paste. The curry paste can be made beforehand and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
Apple and meatball curry
Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked and have started browning. Serve with rice of your choice.
Creamy butternut and chickpea curry
