You can do a lot more with grapes than just eating them as is – they’re delicious in savoury snacks, wonderfully refreshing in light meals or salads, and of course ideal for desserts, tarts and cakes.

Bruschetta with roasted grapes and goats’ cheese

Instead of grape jam, you can serve the olives and grapes in bowls. Add balsamic vinegar and fill up with olive oil until the fruits are just covered. Marinate for about 2 days and serve with the cheese and biscuits.
