Honey-glazed butternut with smashed roast chickpeas

1. Chickpeas Mix the ingredients well and spread out in the basket of an air fryer. Roast at 220°C for 12-15 minutes or until the chickpeas are crisp. Remove and set aside.

2. Butternut Meanwhile, cut the butternut into 2cm slices. Use a knife to score the surface of each slice in a crisscross pattern.

3. Mix the honey, soy sauce and thyme and drizzle half over one side of the butternut slices. Arrange in a single layer in the basket of an air fryer and roast at 200°C for 15 minutes.
