Nourishing, delicious and comforting – that's what is at the heart of these mouth-watering recipes from Estelle Sacharowitz's new cook book.

Portobello mushroom lasagne

Baked spinach and feta filo spiral

For this recipe I use filo. It is light and I love its crispiness, the way the thin sheets bake with the butter to form an almost ethereal cloak atop the spinach and feta filling.

Grilled spatchcock chicken in a honey-ginger glaze

Baste regularly while cooking – it will turn the skin dark, crisp and sticky-delicious.
