Ingredients: " edible flowers"; "45 ml butter, melted"; "2,5 ml baking powder"; " icing sugar"; "250 ml castor sugar"; "50 g pistachio nuts and/or pumpkin seeds, chopped"; " ASSEMBLY"; "250 ml full-cream plain yoghurt"; "200 g berries and/or strawberries, or any fruit of your choice "; "5 ml vanilla essence"; " rosewater to taste "; " CAKE"; "3 eggs, separated"; "230 g creamed cottage cheese"; "250 ml self-raising flour"; "100 ml milk"

Meringue layered cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease two 20cm square cake tins.

1. Beat the egg yolks and half the castor sugar until pale and thick. Add the vanilla essence. Stir in the milk and butter, and sift the flour and baking powder over. Fold in until just mixed.

2. Divide the batter between the prepared cake tins and level the surface.
