Ingredients
- 300g - black and red grapes
- 30ml - honey
- 60ml - orange juice
- - TO FINISH
- 125g - cream cheese
- 30-45ml - icing sugar
- - grated lemon rind
- 30ml - granadilla pulp per glass
- - sherry
- 1 - ladyfinger per glass
- 5ml - chopped pistachio nuts or pecan nuts per glass, for sprinkling
Method
1 Put the grapes, honey and orange juice in a saucepan and boil for about 10 minutes or until syrupy.
2 To finish Mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and lemon rind until sweetened to your liking.
3 Put some grapes in each glass, then add the cream cheese mixture and finish with granadilla pulp.
4 Sprinkle a little sherry over each ladyfinger and add one to each glass. Sprinkle chopped nuts over.
