The sweetness of the pears goes well with the nutty lentils. This salad can also be stored in the fridge for a few days.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
1. Put the pears in an ovenproof dish. Mix the olive oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour over the pears, then mix through with your hands. Roast until soft but not mushy and lightly caramelised on the outside – about 10 minutes.
