Ingredients
- 120g - mini vegan marshmallows
- 125g - Brazil nuts, toasted and chopped
- 130g - vegan butter
- 200g - vegan biscuits, broken into small pieces
- 300g - vegan chocolate
- 45g - maple syrup
- 15ml (1T) - Monin dark chocolate syrup
Method
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
1 In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, butter and maple syrup. Remove the pan from the heat and add the biscuits, Brazil nuts and marshmallows. Use a spatula to mix thoroughly.
2 Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray, press down evenly and let it set until hard before cutting it into squares.
