Mix all the sauce ingredients.

Heat 15 ml (1 Tbs) of the sesame oil in a wok or pan and fry the garlic, ginger and spring onions over high heat for a few minutes. Remove from the pan.

Heat another 20 ml (4 tsp) of the sesame oil. Stir-fry the meat strips in batches until brown.
