HONEY is matchmaking the modern way with it’s brand-new seasons of Ehe! It’s A Match in Nigeria and Will He Say Yes in Zambia. Every Wednesday viewers get a glimpse dating in Africa from West to South.
Zambia’s women the bull by the horns and take love into their own hands. Hosted by media darlings, Rose Sibisi and Christina “TinTin” Sakala, women across Zambia propose to the men in their lives. Our hosts get the opportunity to plan intimate proposals across and create love matches that last. “The twist and the thrill that women are the ones proposing to their men” says Sibisi. Sakala remarks that “very rarely do we hear stories of women proposing to men, and it goes back to my point of saying that HONEY TV is breaking narratives by coming up with this show idea.” The show is produced the one of Zambia’s up and coming production companies, DOPE Media.
6:30 PM (CAT) sees Ehe! It’s A Match: Nigeria on our screens. The show features someone who has always wanted to introduce two of their single friends to one another. They get the chance to do so. They transform their kitchen into a pop-up restaurant and host a date for two singles in their house. With charm and hopeful matchmaking skills, they hope to achieve a true love match at the end. The show is produced by the young Nigerian production team, Azure Studios.
