Peas in a pod – that’s what royal fans are calling Prince Louis and his grandfather on his mom’s side, Michael Middleton.
With the youngest Cambridge sibling not been seen in public for a while, all eyes were on him when he joined his parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, and his siblings, Prince George (7) and Princess Charlotte (5), for a trip to a Christmas pantomime in London’s West End.
Hosted by The National Lottery, the event was held to thank key workers and their families for their phenomenal efforts in fighting the coronavirus pandemic this year.
But all fans could talk about was the uncanny physical likeness between Louis and Kate’s 71-year-old dad.
“Louis looks like Kate’s father – spitting image of him,” wrote one while another wrote, “Like peas in a pod.” Yet another wrote, “Louis is his double.”
Of course plenty gushed about the royal family’s good looks in general. “Love William and Kate and this beautiful family,” penned one with another agreeing. “Bigtime. So cute.”
Many also reckoned Charlotte is looking more and more like her great-grandmother, the Queen. “Charlotte’s entire face is the Queen!!!” wrote one, while another added, “And she looks like the Queens grandmother Queen Mary, there's a lot of similarities I agree.”
George too is growing up quickly and looking more and more like his dad’s mini-me.
The Cambridges sent another shout-out to the NHS staff in their annual Christmas card, which was recently leaked to social media.
The card, which shows the clan sitting in winter gear in front of a wood pile in what appears to be their country home Anmer Hall in Norfolk, is addressed to “all the amazing NHS staff – wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year”.
According to Hello, William added a personal note, writing, “We can never thank you again for all the dedication.”
