He's been in the news again with a raunchy tale in his memoir, Spare, in which he reveals he lost his virginity at 17 to a horse-loving older woman, but Prince Harry (37) is no stranger to making headlines when it comes to his dalliances with women.
In his younger years he earned a reputation as a party-loving prince who didn't mind a drink or two and was the quite the flirt.
The world has seen him getting frisky with strippers in a hotel room in Las Vegas and breaking royal protocol by locking lips in public with a girlfriend.
We take a look at Harry's top five titillating moments.
1 LOSING HIS VIRGINITY
Harry has raised plenty of eyebrows recently by describing in his book how he had sex for the first time with an older woman.
He says the incident happened behind a “busy pub” and the woman treated him like a “young stallion”.
“Quick ride, after which she’d smacked my rump and sent me to graze,” he says.
Speculation ran rife as to who she could be, but recently Sasha Walpole, a married mom-of-two who runs her own groundworks company, came forward claim it was her.
“I am the woman who took Harry’s virginity,” the 40-year-old, who's two years older than Harry, says. “It was literally wham-bam between two friends.
“The sex was passionate and sparky. It was just a moment of passion.”
They had sex in a field in the summer of 2001 while she was working as a groom at Harry's father's residence Highgrove House.
The married mom-of-two says she kept details of the tryst secret for nearly 22 years – but when he wrote about it, it became a “ticking time bomb”.
She says telling her dad was awkward because Harry had written about her slapping his backside and it was “really cringey”.
2 HIS FLING WITH A STRIPPER
What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas.
The prince learnt this the hard way when his drunken naked shenanigans in a hotel room in Las Vegas in August 2012 made world headlines and put him in the royal dog box.
Stripper Carrie Reichert (now 43), who says she and Harry enjoyed “a drunken fumble” that night, recalled the royal being completely nude as she stripped down to a string bikini.
“Harry has become such a bore, it’s a real shame. When he partied in Vegas, everyone loved him and his sense of fun,” she told The Mirror last year.
She also claimed he gave her his black undies, which she later auctioned.
3 KISSES GIRLFRIEND IN PUBLIC
In 2007 he broke royal protocol when he was snapped kissing his then-girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, during a concert – a major no-no for a royal.
The pair dated from 2005 to 2010 with the Zimbabwean blonde describing dating a royal as “full-on crazy and scary”.
4 . . . AND THEN DOES IT AGAIN!
He raised eyebrows when he locked lips with Chelsy again at a cricket match in 2007. Clearly he didn't care about those strict royal PDA rules.
5 SMOOCHES A REAL-LIFE HOUSEWIFE
Catherine Ommanney (now 50) claims she had a two-month fling with the royal back in 2006 when he was 21 and she was 34.
The Real Housewife of DC star says they met in a club in Chelsea, London, before heading to a friend's house afterwards where they kissed.
They met a few times after that before things fizzled out. She says she doesn't recognise Harry now and back then he "would not have been the sort of person” to have made the Netflix documentary.
“I think Meghan has a spell over him and that’s why I don't recognise him, because he used to be so down-to-earth,” she said during a recent appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
