It seems Kate really can do no wrong and is a big fan of the personal touch.
Proving manners do still exist, the Duchess of Cambridge (38) sent two personally worded thank-you notes to royal fans after they sent birthday wishes to both Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, who turned five and two respectively, earlier this year.
“Two replies on one day,” gushed the account holder of @katsroyalletters, who shared both thank-you notes along with their torn open envelopes featuring the Royal Mail stamp.
In another sweet gesture, a previously unseen photo of little Louis featured on the back of the note.
In the snapshot the grinning tot looks directly at the camera while wearing a checked long-sleeve shirt from Sainsbury’s.
The photo, taken by his mom, clearly formed part of the same series of birthday portraits his parents released at the time, which saw him getting his hands full of paint as he took part in an arts session in honour of the NHS.
The photo of Charlotte formed part of the same series of birthday portraits the Cambridges released at the time of her birthday.
This isn’t the first time the couple have shown their thoughtful side.
Last year a royal fan account loopycrown3 shared a snap of the thank-you card sent by the Cambridges after they’d wished Prince George on his sixth birthday.
The note featured the same photo of George they released on his birthday – that of him wearing his England footie shirt and smiling at the camera.
“Wonderful postcard from the Cambridges thanking me for sending my birthday wishes to HRH Prince George of Cambridge,” wrote the account holder.
